Who should complete the survey?
All regular full-time and part-time faculty and staff are asked to complete the survey.

How long will it take for me to complete the survey?
It should take less than 10 minutes to complete the survey.

Do I have to share my name and contact information?
No, the survey is completely anonymous. You will be asked to indicate your affiliation with the university, either faculty or staff. No personally identifiable information will be requested.

How will this information be used?
The findings from the survey will inform the development of a data-driven plan to improve the university’s culture.

How long do I have to complete the survey?
Faculty and staff have two weeks to complete the survey. The survey will close at 11:59 pm on Sunday, October 28.


Why is the survey being conducted by the Disney Institute?
The Disney Institute has extensive experience with helping institutions assess their culture. They have developed a proprietary survey instrument that aids in identifying areas that need further examination. Using this independent third party assessment will provide objective feedback that the university can then use to develop a data-driven strategy to improve the university’s culture.

Will the results be shared with faculty and staff?
Yes. The results of the survey will be shared with the university community.
